The SR 167/SR 161 to SR 410 - Rebuild Interchange project improves connectivity and traffic flow from the Puyallup Recreation Center east to SR 410.  It is one of multiple projects Atkinson has won under WSDOT's Puget Sound Gateway Program.

The scope includes the construction of a diverging diamond interchange at North Meridian, a bridge over Milwaukee Avenue, and a segment of the spuyaləpabš Trail with a pedestrian crossing path under SR 167.
